Friends of Browns Canyon

Heart of the Rockies Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Friends of Browns Canyon to its membership.
Friends of Browns Canyon is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting, conserving and enhancing the ecological and natural resources of the Browns Canyon area.

For years, a local coalition composed of recreationists, sportsmen and local businesses has been working to protect Browns Canyon.
Friends of Browns Canyon members said they are working with bipartisan lawmakers to achieve permanent protection of the approximately 20,000-acre area.
